Thursday:
Woke up early and went to the gym and shuttled off to the sample room again, but we were only there for an hour before starting our all day trek to Jiangxi factory.

JiangXi is a factory owned by the ASG group that makes Avia brand shoes. Last year when Brown bought ASG, we aquired this factory. This season we are attempting to use this factory for some new production.

It will be interesting because Cody and myself will be the first people from Dr. Scholls to visit this factory and see their facilities. They have the capabilities to do some special shoe making provesses that I have never seen, so I am excited to see it.

So our trip requires a two hour car ride from Putian city to the Fuzhou Airport and then approximately an hour flight and then another two hour car ride to the hotel. Its an all day affair. Right now im on the second car ride typing away at my blog entries.
